Julio Lopez is the first disappeared person in the argentine democracy. He was seen for last time in september 2006. Lopez was a witness of crimes during the last argentine dictatorship because he was disappeared first between october 1976 to june 1979.This fact, unsolved yet by the justice, remembers all the dissapeared people during the dictatorship in Argentine from 1976 to 1983.
